Built in auto attendant allows companies to answer calls and route those calls to the proper departments automatically who don't have the capital to purchase a complete voice mail system. The built in auto attendant acts as another employee able to answer those calls otherwise unanswered. Automatic daylight savings time saves the hassle and time to change the clock twice a year. If you have employees that move locations but want to keep there same extension number, with automatic set relocation that's no problem. Keeping the same internal extension number saves money otherwise spent on printing new business cards. If you have need for simple programming changes the built in remote access device allows for your telecommunications company to dial in remotely and make those changes without being on site.
